1 Introduction and Acceptance

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

4.3 Transaction Terms

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not accepted.
If a suspicious transaction is detected, the withdrawal may be held until verification is complete.
Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on ozwin365. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example — a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.
Weekly Reload Bonus (ozwin365 Weekly Reload Offer): 50% of the deposit amount, up to ৳5,000, with a 20x wagering requirement.
Slots Festival Bonus: 75% of the deposit amount, up to ৳8,000, with a 25x wagering requirement.
Live Table Special Reward: 60% of the deposit amount, up to ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement.

When claiming a bonus, the specific validity period and rules of each offer must be followed. Failure to comply may result in the bonus being cancelled. A bonus cannot be treated as direct cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.

6 VIP Program

The ozwin365 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up to higher tiers based on regular play.

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example — a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. ozwin365 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and conditions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ozwin365, and involvement in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Conducting fraudulent activity to take advantage of bonuses.
Exploiting any system vulnerability or technical error.
Providing false or fabricated account information.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
Harassing or insulting other users or staff.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, ozwin365 reserves the right to void it.

8.2 Result Determination
